SuperFax EC-4800 automatic collating machine

Product Description: 

This machine is primarily designed for printing presses and quick-duplicate machines to collate multiple sheets of the same paper. 

It supports numbered paper feed and utilizes a pickup roller, with four adjustable pressure levels to accommodate paper thicknesses. 

The EC-4800 collating machine features a brand-new operator panel that displays operating status, error type, and error location, enabling quick and intuitive inspection and correction. 

Error indicators indicate paper jams, double sheets, no paper, and a full delivery tray, all displayed via indicator lights. A fault reset button automatically clears the fault.

Features: This machine supports two delivery modes: upright and cross-delivery. Cross-delivery allows for easy retrieval of pre-delivered sheets. The number of sheets to be cross-delivered can be set to facilitate full-book separation. 

The collation speed is also selectable. It supports interleaving mode, allowing you to set the number of sheets to insert one sheet per set, or two sheets per set, to accommodate a complete set. It supports interleaving mode data storage, capable of storing up to four groups. Detection sensitivity is adjustable as needed. 

You can set the odd and even numbers for paper feeding, i.e. 13579 and 246810, to switch between them. There is no need to add paper frequently, which effectively improves efficiency.
