Double knife design: adopts a double knife design, and can be completed in one go half-cut, full cut, dotted lines, indentation, etc. without secondary paper removal. At the same time, both blades use independent voice coils motor controls, cutting and indentation are cut independently, so that the cutting force is controlled more accurately and the cutting and indentation effect is more stable. The double knife uses independent voice coil motor, which has a longer service life, improves the indentation cutting effect and effectively reduces the failure rate.
All operation is controlled by high-precision overspeed servo motors, which are faster, have higher accuracy, have smaller sound, better stability, and have more accurate control. The overspeed servo motor realizes closed-loop control of position, speed and torque; avoids the problem of stepping motor losing steps for a long time, and is suitable for occasions with high-speed response requirements.
High stability beam: High-precision beam design, the guide rails are all made of aluminum + steel running structure. At the same time, the car adopts a lightweight structure of all aluminum and fixed with eight-point support. The support points are supported by steel bars. It is difficult to deform and wear after long-term operation. The car uses P5-level bearings to run. The high-precision beam greatly improves the operating accuracy and stability of the machine, ensuring that the machine does not shake during high-speed operation, and has better stability.
High-precision trolley: The cutting of the cutting material is controlled by a voice coil motor (voice coil motor). The voice coil motor has high precision and high speed, and is faster in response, durable, wear-resistant and long service life. In this way, the cutting material's cutting strength is controlled more accurately and more stable, and it is not easy to have inconsistent depths, ensuring the pass rate of the finished product, effectively eliminating the phenomenon of waste of materials, and realizing unattended.
High-resolution CCD camera: It adopts a high-resolution CCD high-definition camera for accurately detecting marking points (corners are compatible with dots), and can accurately detect marking points on color and reflective materials. It can be typesetted according to customer needs, thereby saving materials and reducing production costs. It can also support lighting brightness adjustment. The lighting brightness can be freely adjusted according to different materials, increasing the accuracy of identification；
QR code system: It can automatically read the QR code printed on the material. You only need to add the QR code when making the file and print out the QR code file. The machine will automatically read the QR code file and accurately cut it. This function can effectively reduce the time to find files and improve work efficiency. It can also support the reading of online QR codes. When making QR code files, save the QR code files to the specified computer folder. Select QR code to read in the plug-in. The machine will automatically read the specified QR code folder and automatically search for the QR code for accurate cutting, thereby improving work efficiency.
Intelligent software: The operation software adopts CDR and AI+ plug-in modes, generates corner lines and dot marking points with one click, and double marking points are recognized. The plug-in automatically generates marking points based on the size and content of the paper, typed in one click, and generates outlines with one click. The software automatically optimizes the cutting path, which is convenient for user operations, is simple and fast, and improves user work efficiency. At the same time, the machine optimizes the paper pickup method. When the paper pickup fails, the paper will be automatically retracted. Repeat the paper feed three times again to ensure the smoothness of the paper feed.
Multiple transmissions: The operation software adopts remote control of network cable, WIFI, USB disk, and USB data cable. It can support a computer to connect multiple machines to synchronously send operations. It can be connected to up to 100 machines at the same time. It can also be sent remotely with multiple computers for one machine. Each computer can send and operate the machine separately without a special computer operation. For graphic advertising stores, the machine location can be placed at will, and remotely sent by network ports and WIFI, and does not use traditional USB data cables to connect the machine, making it more convenient to use.
