1. The machine uses a touch screen for convenient control and operation, supporting saddle stitch mode/flat staple mode folding modes.

2. Size Adjustment: Fully CNC design with independent stepper motor control for side guards, folding plates, and staple position plates. Data input according to paper size allows the machine to automatically change without manual adjustment, making it easy to operate. Additionally, there are 5 preset groups of common sizes that can be quickly selected based on your needs.

3. Fine Tuning Function: Compensation for staple position and folding position can be made according to requirements, reducing material waste caused by other factors.

4. Staples: Using 43/6 staples, simple to thread, and able to adjust the length of the staple angle, suitable for different thicknesses of paper.

5. Adopting a one-time positioning adjustment device, A4/A3 position conversion requires only one movement, solving the problem of staple head failure due to the difficulty in adjusting the staple head position.

6. The machine uses a thickened stainless steel U-shaped back gauge for smooth paper feeding. Moreover, during binding, dual back gauges are used simultaneously to press the paper, with the number of pressing times (1-3) adjustable, ensuring neatness on both sides during binding.

7. The folding section employs concave-convex folding rollers: increasing friction and folding pressure, and the folding pressure can be adjusted from 1-9 positions to meet different paper requirements. Thicker mold springs have characteristics such as high stiffness, good elasticity, and high density. The bottom paper part of the folder adopts a concave-convex style stainless steel plate, which provides smoother paper flow during folding and ensures greater accuracy in folding.

8. The machine's sheet metal is cut with high precision, and surface holes use round hole design for direct screw installation and tightening during assembly, eliminating unnecessary adjustment steps and prolonging the machine's lifespan and stability performance. Some holes adopt embedded nut technology for screws that are less likely to loosen. Some parts of the transmission system use extruded lead screws, featuring high precision, strong stability, wear resistance, and stable stitching and folding effects.
