The machine features a touchscreen control system for easy operation, supporting both stitching and folding modes, as well as lay-flat stitching and folding modes.
Size Adjustment: Fully CNC-controlled, the side supports, folding stop, and nailing stop are all controlled by independent stepper motors. Data is entered based on paper size, and the machine automatically adjusts to the desired size, eliminating manual adjustment. Five pre-set common sizes allow for quick selection based on your needs.
conveniently-Tuning: Adjusts staple and fold position based on your needs, reducing material waste caused by errors.
Staple Heads: This machine utilizes 43/6 staple heads to make sure easy staple insertion and adjustable nail angles for different paper thicknesses.
A one-step staple adjustment mechanism allows switching between A4 and A3 positions with a single movement, eliminating the problem of nail head failure caused by difficult nail head adjustment.
The machine utilizes a thickened stainless steel U-shaped guide for smooth paper feeding. During binding, two guides simultaneously tap the paper, with a customizable number of taps (1-3) for a more even binding effect.
The folding part adopts concave and convex folding rollers: it increases friction, creates high folding pressure, and the folding pressure can be adjusted from 1 to 9 gears to meet the needs of different papers. The thickened mold spring has the characteristics of high rigidity, good elasticity, and high density. The folding lower paper part adopts concave and convex stainless steel plates, which are smoother during the paper folding process and make the folding more accurate.
The sheet metal of the machine is cut with high precision, and the surface holes are designed with round holes. During assembly, the screws can be directly installed and tightened without the need for extra adjustment steps, which makes the machine longer in service life and more stable in performance. Some holes use embedded nuts, which make the screws not easy to loosen. The machine part uses extrusion screws for transmission, which has high precision, strong stability, wear resistance, and stable folding effect.
