1. Trolley part

2. Guide rail part The double linear guide rail design is adopted, which has the characteristics of high precision, high strength and low noise. The aluminum profile guide rail supports to ensure the flatness of the guide rail and the trolley runs smoothly. The binding effect of books is good and the gluing is more uniform. 

3. Milling cutter part The enlarged sun knife has a 24-blade cutter head to ensure that every sheet of paper in the book will be roughened, and there will be no missed milling, so that the gluing effect is better. The triple paper scraps suction design: the middle of the milling cutter sucks paper, the milling cutter wind wheel sucks paper structure, and the rear dust suction device (the only one in the world) sucks paper more effectively. 

4. Glue slot part The enlarged glue slot double rubber wheel design with side glue. According to the BQ270 glue slot design, the first rubber wheel is used as the milling cutter slot for gluing to ensure that the glue has strong permeability. The second glue wheel glues the book back, and the gluing effect is better. The side glue is located in the middle of the glue groove and uses the same glue groove glue as the back glue, which avoids the side glue from burning yellow and frequent gluing. It has strong applicability and avoids the cooling of the book side glue during gluing, giving full play to the fastness of the glue. Multiple heating layers are heated evenly. Independent gluing positions can achieve non-stop gluing and save time. It effectively reflects the characteristics of the processing type glue binding machine. 8 heating tubes are used for heating, and 4-way control heating is intelligently switched, which has a better effect. The extended temperature measuring rod directly contacts the glue and has a large temperature measurement area and accurate temperature. 

5. Control method 10-inch color touch screen is more convenient to operate. The temperature setting can be directly input, and the built-in help function can directly understand the requirements of each parameter setting, which is convenient to operate. 

6. Smoke exhaust function can effectively remove the smell of glue and make it safer outdoors. 

7. Square and round corner adjustment It can be adjusted according to the thickness of the book. The square and round corners are easy to switch to ensure that the assembled books can be guaranteed to be straight regardless of thickness. Clear edges and corners. 

8. Clamping surface structure The clamping surface adopts 4 guide rails to run up and down, so there will be no more glue on one side and less glue on the other side, uneven bottom glue, and stable binding effect. The motor is directly connected to the clamping surface table structure, which is full of power.

Introduction to the machine features:

 1. Servo frequency conversion technology: According to the different thickness characteristics of the book, during work, the rubber wheel rotates (frequency conversion), automatic speed adjustment helps the glue to be fuller, and the cover of the wall walking is more accurate and stable.

2. Design of the book clipping disk device: quick clamping with one click, automatic detection of books with different thicknesses, and automatic distance change of indentation.

3. Quick adjustment design for front and back position of the book core: When binding the book, you can quickly adjust the front and back position according to your needs (not only: the book core is on the inside of the cover or flush with the cover).

4. Book unilateral pouring design: Avoid one-side rolling when binding a book. It's easier to pick up a book.

5.  Redundant glue break design: effectively reduces glue dripping and cutting convenience of the clamping table, and improves work efficiency.
