This machine is an automatic laminating machine newly developed according to market demand. The operating system integrates PLC, frequency conversion, and multi-functions, which can realize automatic paper feeding, automatic overlap, automatic slitting and other functions. It is a multi-functional machine which is easy to operate, and can be operated by one person, effectively reducing costs and improving work efficiency. It is suitable for small and medium-sized printing plants, graphics, enterprises, institutions, governments, etc.
Functions and configurations:
The paper feeding adopts a six-nozzle feeder paper feeding design, and the paper feeding operation is stable. Free your hands and save labor
The pressure method adopts: automatic hydraulic system, one-button pressurization.
The roller adopts hard chromium technology and mirror polishing processing, with a diameter of 200mm, which is suitable for high-requirement peritoneum. The rubber roller is made of imported silicone from the United States, with a diameter of 135mm and higher flatness.
Automatic overlap: It is appropriate to overlap 1-5mm according to the set overlap length to prevent the film from sticking to the rubber roller, and slitting is more convenient.
Film hanging bracket: can hang two rolls of film at the same time, light and sub flexibly switch, save replacement frequency. Applicable to 1-3 inch core film hanging specifications.
Photoelectric positioner: can automatically control the length of the paper overlap, automatically detect whether there is paper, automatically stop running when there is no paper, and locate the paper cutting position.
Heating method: adopt infrared internal heating through heat conduction heating, uniform heating, surface temperature measurement, more accurate temperature, temperature is adjusted accordingly according to peritoneal demand.
Perforating and slitting knife: Perforating knife is placed on one end of the film for punching, which is convenient for slitting when the finished paper is luminated. Slitting knife: the excess long film can be cut according to the position of the slitting knife, and the excess film is left on the film roller.
Anti-bending device: the paper after filming is shaped and cut by the anti-curling device, and it is not easy to deform and has high flatness.
Pneumatic slitting system: the user only needs to enter the paper size on the touch screen to realize automatic slitting of the film-coated paper.
Paper collection table: the paper after slitting will be sent to the paper collection table. Convenient paper splicing, saving labor.
The integrated structure design makes the equipment run more smoothly and prolongs the service life of the equipment.
Schneider inverter realizes infinite speed change. Users can change the equipment running speed instantly and ensure the smooth operation of the equipment.
PLC programming control system is adopted, with precise control and high stability.
