Introduction to operating functions:
1. Operation panel:
Temperature setting: Adjust the temperature during coating according to the difference between paper, material and film
Temperature protection: The actual temperature exceeds the set temperature by 20c. Automatic alarm prompt
Heating indicator: The indicator light will light up when the heating switch is turned on, and the indicator light will automatically turn off when the temperature reaches
Single and double heating switch: (single) steel rod is used for heating, and is used when covering the single side. (Double) The upper steel rod and the lower rubber roller are heated simultaneously, and used when using double-sided peritoneum.
Speed regulation: Accelerate at 1-9 gears during coating, min/6m at high speed
Emergency switch: In an emergency, turn off this switch
Front, stop, back switch: (front) transports the material forward through the conveyor belt. (Stop) Stop.
(Return) Conveyor belt reverses and sends the material back
2. In the manual hydraulic control system: Pressure is carried out through a hydraulic oil pump. The pressure is displayed on the shock-proof pressure gauge, which is high and stable. Pressure adjustment is carried out according to the different paper, material and film, and the pressure is between (40-70), solving the disadvantages of small peritoneum, inability to achieve pressure, and poor abdominal distension and other problems.
3. Transmission system: 1. Motor: It adopts a 180W high-power AC motor, with large torque, fast speed, long service life, and a speed of min/6m per hour. 2. Steel rod/glue roller: The steel rod adopts hard crossing process, mirror polishing, and a diameter of 120mm, and uses high-demand Laminating. The rubber roller is made of silicone imported from the United States, with a diameter of 75mm, ensuring the effect of the finished product and high flatness. 3. Conveyor belt: The motor drives the conveyor belt to drive the conveyor belt, which is convenient for paper release, saves paper release time, and solves the "slow" situation of traditional manual paper release 4. Perforating /Slicing Knife: The Perforating Knife places one end of the membrane for drilling holes to facilitate cutting of finished paper when the paper is output later. The slitting knife can cut the wide-range long film against the paper, leaving the excess film on the film drop roll. 5. Anti-curl: The paper behind the peritoneal tissue will not deform after being shaped and sliced through the anti-curl device 6. Winding function: Winding can be retracted when it is necessary.
4. Heating method: Infrared internal heating is used to heat conduction, surface temperature is measured, the temperature is more accurate and uniform, and it is adjusted according to the requirements of the Laminating .
