The Horizon, a simple-user interface, high-precision perfect binder, combines professional perfect binding technology with advanced automation, enabling even inexperienced operators to produce high-quality books.
Its simple user interface and precise automation enable short or no setup times.
Quick setup: All settings are completed by entering book block and cover information into the 10.4-inch color touchscreen. Changing from A4 to A5 format is completed in under 10 seconds.
High-speed perfect binding: At a maximum speed of 500 books per hour, books up to 50 mm (2.0") thick can be produced. The powerful pressing and cover creasing parts of the precise binding are comparable to those of large industrial perfect binders, thus achieving precise and strong binding results. A device for measuring the thickness of various perfect binding books is standard equipment. After one book is run, another book of different specifications can be measured and the data is transmitted to the perfect binder, and the system begins to convert. This allows true on-demand production, and the thickness of each book produced can be different. The BQ-270VC reduces the production cycle time (per book) by 30% compared to traditional models, and provides various perfect binding and higher production efficiency.
