The trolley adopts a variable frequency design for operation, and changes speed twice when the operation stops, with precise positioning and no collision. 

The open book placement platform is more convenient for placing covers when binding books, and the open single-sided guide adopts a linear guide (I-shaped guide), which runs stably without shaking up and down, and can only run in a straight line with high precision. 

The 24-blade round knife is combined with double small milling cutters for good cutting and milling effect. 

This machine adopts double gluing wheels plus side gluing wheel design: the first gluing wheel is used for grooving and extruding glue on the book, the second gluing wheel is used for gluing the thickness of the glue layer on the spine of the book, and the third wheel is the uniform gluing wheel. After the glue is applied by the wheel, the excess glue is scraped off by the scraper, and then the glue is evenly spread by the uniform wheel to make the glue level on the spine of the book even and uniform. 

The glue trough adopts an automatic lifting design. When using the dual-running mode, the glue trough automatically descends to prevent the book from rubbing the glue when loading. 

The clamping table adopts a vertical rising and falling structure, and the spine is flat. It uses dual motors to control independent lifting, and the platform height can be adjusted directly through the display. Built-in three-position quick switch for thick, medium, and thin, making glue binding books easier.
