Steel rod/rubber roller: The steel rod adopts hard chromium technology and mirror polishing, with a diameter of 105mm. The rubber roller is made of high-temperature resistant silicone with a diameter of 60mm, ensuring the effect of the finished product with higher flatness.

Digital automatic overlap: imported Xinguang electronic product sensors are used to detect the length of the head and tail of the paper and transmit it to the main board to calculate the overlap position, with an overlap accuracy of ±0.5mm.

Film hanging bracket: two rolls of film can be hung at the same time, and the light film/matt film can be switched flexibly to save the replacement frequency. Applicable to 1-3 inch core film hanging specifications.
