Structure and configuration: 

1. Automatic paper feeding Feida uses German Baker oil-free vacuum air pump paper suction system to automatically feed paper.

2. The automatic paper feeding system is equipped with photoelectrically controlled automatic shutdown protection device for paper outage and paper breakage.

3. Human-computer interface system: color touch screen, simple and convenient to operate. Directly input the size, superposition distance, machine speed, etc. of the paper to be processed to achieve automation of the entire machine operation. The operator can view the machine's working status at any time from the touch screen.

4. External electromagnetic heating, rapid heating, accurate and stable temperature control, greatly improving working efficiency

5. Automatic air pressure system can provide stable coating pressure. The pressure magnitude can be adjusted accordingly as needed.

6. The air-swelling and release membrane shaft is easy to load and unload, and the membrane roll is accurate to position the membrane

7. The membrane shaft is equipped with a clutch tension control system to control the membrane tension and release speed.

8. The film slitting knife cuts the film width to fit the paper width.

9. The film perforating knife perforates the edge of the film for smooth automatic slitting.

10. Anti-curvature device: The laminated paper is shaped by the anti-curvature device, preventing it from curling after slitting.

11. The pneumatic slitting system automatically slits the laminated paper.

12. The slit paper is automatically collected and sorted by the vibrating paper delivery table. Optional paper delivery is available.
