Manual mode:
1. Counting of this shift: You can see the number of cutting times since the start of the machine. Click the count of this shift to see the total number of cuttings; 2. Time and date: You can directly watch in working state; 3. Fixed distance subtraction, fixed distance addition: After entering the size in the input interface, press "Fixed distance addition" or "Fixed distance subtraction" to add or subtract the original size of the machine; 4. Push paper forward: You can use "Push Push Paper Forward" to move the cut paper forward without knowing the cut size, and press "Push Push Paper Forward" to move it again. When moving it, you can use "Push Push Paper Forward" to move it again. When moving it, you can use "Push Push Paper Forward" to move the cut paper forward. When moving it, you can press "Push Push Paper Back" to move it again or "Stop";6. Stop key: Press the "Stop key" when the paper pusher moves again and stops in the middle. 2. Automatic mode
Programming: The machine can program data in the machine. A total of 14 pieces can be set, and the size can be set at any time within the range of 520m and the minimum 30mm; 2. Group: After the data is programmed, the data process can be stored in groups of 0-99; 3. First row size: you can directly return to the top to set the size; 4. Downline size: you can directly move to the next size during cropping; 5. Segment mode: 1. Section 1: Set the total length size; 2. Section 2: Set the size subtracted by the first cut; 3. Section 3: Set the size subtracted by the second cut. Function/parameters; 1. Book push function: When selecting to open, automatically push the finished book to the cutting 10cm in front of the knife; 2. Tool change switch: Select this switch to turn on when the tool needs to be changed; 3. Dimension fine adjustment: Modify the data here when there is a deviation in size and make corrections; 4. Paper cutting depth: When the paper is cut continuously, increase the data here; 5. Paper pressing time: above 55. When cutting special paper, you can increase this time.
3 . Machine features
1. Paper feeding table: It uses hard alumina profile, the platform thickness reaches 10mm, the hardness reaches 420, the surface is flat and smooth, rust-proof, not easy to deform, not easy to scratch, good toughness， Higher wear resistance and high-end and atmospheric. Thickened aluminum alloy gauges (8mm) on both sides, thickened aluminum alloy backing (8mm) are not easy to deform and are more stable. 2. Paper push design: It uses a double ball screw and double linear double guide rail, which is not easy to wear and has higher accuracy. The ball and linear guide rail are located on both sides of the paper push platform. When the paper pusher moves back and forth, the screws on both sides will move simultaneously. The two sides of the paper pusher are transmitted at the same time. No matter which side you put the cut material on, the cutting paper pusher will not be skewed. Ball screw: precise positioning under high-speed operation, small running resistance is not easy to wear, and high positioning accuracy. 3. Dual-mode paper pressing method: mechanical foot pedal + electronic paper pressing switch, mechanical foot pedal is convenient for cutting uneven paper, horse nail booklet, printing tilt, and high-precision products. Electronic paper press switch: It can be continuously pressed without having to step on it all the time. Especially when cutting horse nails, you can first use mechanical foot pedals to position the text of the horse nails and then use the electronic paper press switch to continuously press the paper. 4. This machine uses a 10-inch smart color touch screen and a button operation: the 10-inch touch screen can be selected according to your habits to view and operate easily, and has quick buttons; 5 data can be stored according to your needs, and the size positioning of the paper pusher can be moved with one click when needed; the paper pusher can be: fast and slow fine-tuned to complete the paper pusher movement, which is convenient to operate; 15-channel grating protection is used, which is the only absolute safety in China; the motherboard chip is stable by the American Microchip Company (microchip Company) program; and the depth of the cutter is adjusted with one-click. 5. The paper pressing method of dual hydraulic power system (multi-channel oil sealing for oil cylinder) ensures the pressure of paper pressing from top to bottom, and does not deviate; the paper cutting uses a direct linkage of the oil cylinder to reduce pressure waste, and is full of power; multiple oil seals will not contaminate the office space due to oil leakage. 6. Ultra-silent design: The sound is small when cutting, avoiding disturbing the public; Serpentine blade: According to the heavy machine design, the blade has high accuracy and is not easy to run. Replacement tool bar device: When replacing tool bar, you do not need to use tools to replace it. 7. Reminder tool change maintenance function: In order to improve the service life of the machine, when the cutting reaches 3001 knife, the display automatically changes the reminder tool change maintenance function.
