Product Description:
This machine is our company's latest small automatic laminating machine, which is developed to meet the market demand. It features a compact design and easy operation. Its electrical system is centrally controlled by a programmable controller, allowing one person to operate it. The user simply enters the paper size on the text screen to complete the laminating and slitting processes.
Structure and Configuration:
Manual paper feed.
Adjustable paper feed table baffles based on paper width.
Optional photoelectric stacking positioner automatically controls the overlap length between sheets.
Heating: Conductive heating with surface temperature measurement provides more accurate and uniform temperature, which can be adjusted according to laminating requirements.
Pressurization: Hydraulic pressure for laminating and pneumatic pressure for slitting.
The perforated roller creates a row of small holes along the edge of the film, ensuring smooth automatic slitting.
Anti-bend device: The anti-bend device shapes the laminated paper, preventing it from curling after slitting.
The film slitting knife can cut film rolls that are too wide (relative to the paper size). After cutting, the excess film remains on the film-unloading shaft.
Pneumatic slitting system: Users only need to enter the paper size on the touch screen to automatically slit the laminated paper.
Paper collection table: The slit paper will be sent to the paper collection table. The table height can be adjusted according to actual needs.
The integrated structural design makes the equipment run more smoothly and extends the service life of the equipment.
Schneider inverter realizes infinite speed change. Users can change the equipment speed instantly and ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
