Introduction to machine features:
Blow-type paper feeding table:
1. Choose a high-pressure silent fan (Taiwan technology) and add blown floating beads to the original hard alumina platform to make the cut paper more flexible to push, especially suitable for large formats and work pieces with large thickness, the operation is more flexible, reduce working strength, and the push paper positioning is more accurate.
2. Use hard alumina profile (alloy), the platform thickness reaches 10mm, the hardness reaches 420, the surface is flat and smooth, rust-proof, not easy to deform, not easy to scratch, good toughness, higher wear resistance, high-end and atmospheric; thickened aluminum alloy gauges on both sides (8mm). Thickened aluminum alloy backing (8mm), not easy to deform and more stable.
paper pusher:
1. According to the German Bola full-open paper cutter design: the paper pusher adopts a full-inclusive design. No matter where you put the material, cut and impact, the paper pusher is not easy to deflect. The full-inclusive design better ensures the precision and stability of the paper pusher.
2. Paper pusher motor: uses a servo motor, which is fast, has low sound and has higher accuracy.
3. Ball screw: The servo motor drives the ball screw (diameter 32MM), located in the middle of the bottom of the platform. The motor directly links the ball screw (currently the only one in China). When starting the motor, it ensures that it runs simultaneously with the ball screw, which improves the movement speed and shortens the response time. When the paper pusher is running front and back, the I-shaped linear guide rails and ball wire two rods on both sides will be carried out simultaneously, with a speed of up to 1 second/70mm. The positioning is accurate at high speed, high stability, small running resistence ，and not easy to wear .
Machine structure: It adopts a heavy-duty fuselage structure, thickened tool holder, with a width height of 170mm and a thickness of 58mm, and a weighted gantry thickness of 30mm and a bottom plate thickness of 45mm. Under long-term use, it ensures that there will be no deformation and other conditions, effectively ensuring the accuracy of cutting.
Frequency conversion technology:
1. The cutting main motor uses a three-phase motor, which is more stable than a single-phase motor, with greater power, and without capacitors and centrifugal switches, effectively reducing the failure rate.
2. The hydraulic system adopts frequency conversion technology, which can achieve full speed change, reduce damage to the knife bar, reduce sound and noise reduction, and make the cutting more stable.
3. The program has added a silent mode, and the standard mode and silent mode can be switched. Cut in silent mode, with less noise, can achieve ultra-silent work, suitable for offices, archives and other workplaces.
Dual-mode paper pressing method:
1. Mechanical foot pedal: Use thick chain transmission to press the foot paper, which is not easy to wear and break, and better cut uneven paper, print tilt, special-shaped cutting, and height
2. Electronic paper press switch: Use a hydraulic layout to continuously press the paper without foot pedal. Especially when cutting horse pedals, you can first use the mechanical foot pedal to position the text of the horse pedal, and then use the electronic paper press switch to continuously press the paper. (First in China)
Humanized operation design: This machine uses a 10-inch intelligent touch screen and a key panel to operate, which can be selected according to the operator's habits; the 10-inch touch screen is more convenient to watch and operate, and has shortcut buttons; 5 data can be stored according to your needs and one-click selection. The depth of the paper can be cut inside the display screen and the adjustment range is indicated. The paper pusher can choose fast and slow running, and the electronic handwheel fine-tuning is easy to operate; and there are 4 sets of cutting records that can quickly call out the previous cut size when used; the dividing function, when cutting paper, it is directly used to calculate and use the dividing function quickly; the fixed distance addition and subtraction function: when modifying the size, you can use the addition and subtraction functions according to your own cutting needs to achieve fast size calculation.
Triple protection design:
1. Adopt 15-channel grating protection, with higher detection density, unique in China; the motherboard chip is stable using the American Microchip (microchip) program.
2. Intermediate relay protection device, enhance safety factor, stabilize and determine machine performance
3. Dual-cut switch mode. Triple protection design, higher safety performance, more stability and stronger.
Dual hydraulic power system (the oil cylinder has multiple oil seals and seals): the solenoid valve adopts the Japanese oil-scientific valve model to reduce the probability of blockage, and the paper pressing method ensures the pressure of the paper from top to bottom, without moving; the paper cutting uses a direct linkage of the oil cylinder to reduce pressure waste, full of power; the British oil seal is used to ensure the quality of the oil seal and reinforce it with multiple oil seals, so there will never be any oil leakage. It is super silent design, and the sound is relatively small during cutting, avoiding disturbing the public.
Snake-shaped knife strip:
1. A knife strip that is curved like a snake, installed in the fixed groove of the knife strip (linear groove), will jamm the snake-shaped knife strip. The knife strip will not move during cutting, ensuring the cutting effect of the last piece of paper;
2. Replacement tool strip device: When changing the tool strip, you do not need to use other tools to change the tool strip.
Reminder tool change maintenance function: In order to improve the service life of the machine, the display automatically changes the tool change maintenance function when the cutting reaches 3,000 times.; This machine passes the ISO14001 environmental management system certification and the ISO9001 quality management system certification.
