Product Description:
This machine is a small automatic laminating machine newly developed according to market demand. The operating system integrates PLC, frequency conversion and pneumatic multi-functions, which can realize automatic overlap, automatic slitting and other functions. The design structure is compact, the body is compressed and easy to place. One machine has multiple functions, easy to operate, and can be operated by one person, effectively reducing costs and improving work efficiency. It is suitable for small and medium-sized printing factories, graphics, enterprises,institutions, governments, etc.
Functions and configurations:
1. Steel rod/rubber roller: The steel rod adopts hard chromium technology and mirror polishing, with a diameter of 170mm, which is suitable for high-demand peritoneal film. The diameter of the rubber roller reaches 100mm, which ensures the effect of the peritoneal finished product and higher flatness.
2. Automatic overlap: It is appropriate to overlap 1-5mm according to the set overlap length to prevent the film from sticking to the rubber roller, and slitting is more convenient. 3. Film hanging bracket: Two rolls of film can be hung at the same time, and the light and sub are flexibly switched to save the replacement frequency. Applicable to 1-3 inch core film hanging specifications. 4. Belt-driven paper feeding: convenient paper feeding, fast operation speed, time saving, and solving the problem of "slow" traditional manual paper feeding and damage caused by friction. 5. Photoelectric positioner: can automatically control the length of the paper overlap, automatically detect whether there is paper, automatically stop running when there is no paper, and locate the paper cutting position. 6. Heating method: infrared internal heating is used to heat through heat conduction, the heating is uniform, the surface temperature is measured, the temperature is more accurate, and the temperature is adjusted accordingly according to the peritoneal requirements. 7. Pressurization method: manual hydraulic, high and stable pressure, suitable for a variety of specifications of materials, the pressure can be adjusted accordingly according to the lamination requirements
