Product Description: Machine Features:
Function: This professional multi-functional laminating machine can handle a variety of tasks, including thermoplastic cold lamination, low-temperature cold lamination, and hot lamination. It is suitable for graphic design, printing, and photo studios. It utilizes a high-precision 7.3cm hard chrome-plated steel roller, which reduces bubbles, smears, and wrinkles. It also heats up quickly and evenly, resulting in superior laminating performance.
Speed: Low-speed paper feed technology facilitates film feeding, with adjustable speeds from 1 to 9 to accommodate operators of varying skill levels. Speeds of up to 5 meters per minute are available, meeting the needs of batch production.
Anti-curl: A gravity-assisted anti-curl design with multiple adjustable speeds effectively prevents curling on single-sided lamination of materials of varying thicknesses.
Trimming Knife: A pre-laminated film slitting design allows for quick slitting of excess pre-laminated film during the lamination process, preventing curling caused by film width. (Note: Curling can occur when the film is larger than the material, resulting from thermal contraction and shrinkage.)
Indentation Cutter: The pre-laminated film is dotted with lines for quick slitting after lamination. The dual functions of slitting and noodle cutting allow for the production of finished products in one go.
Film Hanging Design: Two rolls of film can be installed at once, saving replacement time, facilitating use, and increasing efficiency. The machine is easy to switch between glossy and matte films. This machine can also accept one-inch or three-inch core films and supports simultaneous double-sided lamination, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
Thickened Aluminum Backrest: Utilizing a thickened, integral casting process, the machine features a 90-degree vertical right angle, high hardness, smoothness, and resistance to deformation. This ensures a better fit, prevents skew during paper feeding, and makes the backrest adjustment and movement more convenient.
Belt Conveyor: This overcomes the drawbacks of traditional processes by utilizing belt conveyor technology, ensuring strong adhesion between the material and the belt. This prevents friction and scratches on the other side during double-sided printing and lamination, ensuring a better and more beautiful finished product.
