1. Product Overview
Casting tubes are mainly manufactured by centrifugal casting process, including cast steel tubes and ductile iron tubes. Raw materials are carbon cast steel, low-alloy cast steel and ductile iron, without stainless steel. Formed by centrifugal force, the tubes feature dense metallographic structure, uniform wall thickness, excellent pressure and wear resistance. Custom large-diameter and extra-thick wall special pipes can be produced, widely used as core pressure-resistant & wear-resistant pipes in metallurgy, petrochemical, power plant, municipal engineering and mining industries under high temperature, high pressure and severe abrasion working conditions.

4. Manufacturing Process
Molten steel/iron smelting → refining composition adjustment → mold closing → high-speed centrifugal pouring → slow cooling demolding → high temperature annealing / normalizing & tempering heat treatment → outer wall shot blasting, inner wall grinding → dimension calibration → non-destructive testing → hydrostatic pressure test → marking, anti-rust treatment & packingCentrifugal molding eliminates internal porosity and shrinkage defects; heat treatment removes casting internal stress to improve toughness and high-temperature stability.

6. Full Inspection for Each Tube
Spectral chemical composition test during smelting to strictly control carbon, chromium, molybdenum alloy elements
Mechanical property tests: tensile, hardness, high-temperature impact and stress rupture test
Metallographic inspection to check casting defects such as looseness, slag inclusion and oversized grain
UT ultrasonic & MT magnetic particle NDT to detect internal cracks and shrinkage cavities
Hydrostatic tightness test for every single tube, test pressure reaches 1.5 times of working pressure without leakage
Precision measurement of inner/outer diameter, wall thickness and lengthFull documents supplied: chemical analysis report, NDT report, hydrostatic test certificate and original quality guarantee certificate.

Full return and replacement for defective products caused by casting porosity, insufficient wall thickness and unqualified material.
7. Surface Treatment & Packing
Surface finish: Shot blasting rust removal for outer wall, oxide scale grinding for inner wall; municipal cast pipes coated with bitumen outside and cement mortar lining inside; industrial casting tubes painted with black anti-rust paint
Anti-rust treatment: Both pipe ends coated with anti-rust oil and covered by plastic protective plugs
Packing: Bundled with steel strips, wrapped by waterproof tarpaulin to avoid collision, moisture and rust during sea transportation in containers.
