1. Product Overview
Checker plate, also named anti-slip tread plate, is rolled steel sheet with raised three-dimensional patterns pressed on surface by hot rolling process. The embossed patterns greatly increase friction coefficient to realize anti-slip, load-bearing and decorative functions.
Main categories include carbon steel checker plate, hot-dip galvanized checker plate and aluminum checker plate. Widely used for walkways, platforms, stair treads, truck floors, ship decks and factory anti-slip flooring, manufactured in accordance with GB/T 3277-2015.

Weight verification: comply with national standard theoretical weight to guarantee full size.
Extra test for galvanized plate: zinc coating weight, copper sulfate corrosion resistance test.
Bend test: 180° cold bending without pattern peeling or cracking.
9. Foreign Trade Supporting Information
Packaging: bundled by steel strips, protected with wooden pallets and waterproof film.
Loading Port: Tianjin Port; 5-7 days lead time for stock items, 12-20 days for customized thickness & material.
Payment Term: 30% TT deposit, balance against copy of BL, LC unacceptable.
Certificates: Mill Test Certificate, Factory Inspection Report, CE, ISO9001.
