1. Product Introduction
Flat steel is a long strip steel with a solid rectangular cross-section, featuring flat surfaces, standard edges, and uniform section. 3.1 By Production Process
Hot-rolled Flat SteelHigh cost performance, good toughness, stable structure. Widely used for structural frames, supports, welding parts and embedded components.
Cold-drawn Flat SteelHigh dimensional accuracy, smooth bright surface, straightness and tight tolerance. Suitable for precision machinery and high-precision fittings.
Forged Flat SteelDense internal structure, high strength and strong impact resistance. Applied for heavy industry equipment, wear-resistant parts and high-load components.
3.2 By Material Grade
Q235B Carbon SteelGeneral-purpose grade with excellent weldability and easy processing, widely used for most conventional applications.
Q355B Low-alloy SteelHigher strength and better load-bearing performance, ideal for steel structures and engineering machinery.
65Mn Spring SteelGood elasticity, wear resistance and fatigue resistance, used for springs, blades and shock-absorbing parts.
