1. Product Overview
Cold rolled coils are produced with pickled hot rolled coils as raw material through multi-pass cold rolling at room temperature. Raw materials only include carbon steel and high-strength low-alloy steel without stainless steel. Featuring high dimensional accuracy, smooth flat surface and uniform ultra-thin thickness, they have excellent stamping and bending performance. The coils can be directly painted, electroplated and stamped without polishing, serving as core raw materials for home appliances, auto parts, hardware and precision structural components.

Delivery Lead Time
Standard spot sizes can be delivered within 5-7 days; customized orders of ultra-thin thickness, high-strength grades, special surface roughness and cut-to-length slitting take 10-15 days, shipped in full containers from Tianjin Port.

4. Manufacturing Process
Uncoiling pickled hot rolled coils → strip welding → multi-stand cold rolling at ambient temperature → laminar cooling → bell-type bright annealing → skin pass leveling → surface passivation & oil coating → on-line dimension & surface inspection → recoiling / flattening → packing & warehousingCold rolling greatly improves dimensional precision; bright annealing eliminates work hardening to guarantee sufficient ductility for crack-free deep drawing.

Complete surface inspection to eliminate scratches, roll marks, spots and scabsMaterial test report, mechanical inspection certificate and original quality guarantee certificate are provided for each coil.
Quality Warranty
Full replacement or compensation available for defective products caused by unqualified material, out-of-tolerance thickness, surface scratches and internal lamination.
7. Surface Treatment & Packing
Surface finish: Bright cold rolled surface with passivation treatment and uniform stamping anti-rust oil coating
Protective film: PE film attached for high-grade coils to avoid scratches during transportation and processing
Packing: Reinforced by cross steel straps, wrapped with inner waterproof plastic film and outer tarpaulin, equipped with coil corner protectors for moisture and collision resistance during sea container transportation.
