1. Product Overview
Steel sheet pile is hot-rolled or cold-formed structural profile equipped with interlocking clutches. It connects tightly via interlocks to form a continuous watertight retaining wall for soil and water cutoff. As core foundation material for water conservancy, port, municipal foundation pit, bridge cofferdam and coastal protection projects, it adopts strict control on sulfur and phosphorus impurities with excellent section mechanical performance. The interlocks fit closely to achieve outstanding water sealing effect. It can be extracted and reused repeatedly with fast & convenient installation, suitable for complex geological conditions including soft soil, sandstone and high-salinity coastal mud. Widely applied in temporary support and permanent hydraulic & coastal structural engineering.

(1) Hot Rolled Steel Sheet Pile
Production flow: Molten steel smelting & impurity control → Continuous casting slab high-temperature heating → Integrated rolling of interlocks by special mill → Cooling & straightening → Fixed-length cutting → Dimension & appearance inspectionFeatures: Thick wall, high strength and rigid interlocks, applicable to heavy-duty permanent projects such as deep-water docks, cross-sea cofferdams and flood dykes.Main sections:
U-type (Larssen Pile): Most widely used symmetric section, preferred for temporary foundation pits, bridge cofferdams and riverbank protection;
Z-type: Interlocks distributed on both sides of web with larger section modulus and stronger load capacity, mainly for permanent port & offshore retaining walls;
Straight-web sheet pile: Ultra-high interlock tensile strength, suitable for circular cellular cofferdams, artificial islands and large dry docks;
L-type: Light narrow section for municipal trenches and small temporary ditch support.
(2) Cold Formed Steel Sheet Pile
Production flow: Hot rolled coil uncoiling & leveling → Continuous roll bending to form interlocks → Fixed-length cutting → Straightening inspectionFeatures: Thin wall, light self-weight and low unit price with convenient transportation, suitable for shallow foundation pits, temporary drainage walls and emergency flood control projects.
