1. Product Overview
High pressure boiler tubes are seamless pressure-bearing steel tubes made of carbon steel and low alloy steel. Specially designed for high-temperature and high-pressure heating surfaces of thermal power boilers and high-temperature fluid transportation, they comply with strict pressure standards of China, US and Europe. The tubes can stably operate under 450℃–650℃ and pressure above 9.8MPa for long term, with outstanding high-temperature creep resistance, pressure resistance and fatigue resistance. They are core safety components for thermal power plants and petrochemical equipment.
Application Scenarios
Water walls, economizers, superheaters, reheaters, headers and main steam pipelines of subcritical & supercritical power units; petrochemical cracking furnaces, hydrogenation heat exchangers; waste heat boilers, waste incineration boilers, high-pressure heating pipe networks and high-pressure chemical fertilizer process pipelines.

Standard spot sizes can be delivered within 5-7 days; customized products with extra thick wall, alloy grades or special lengths take 10-15 days. Full-container shipment from Tianjin Port.

4. Manufacturing Process
Round billet heating → piercing, hot rolling / cold drawing → sizing & straightening → normalized + tempered heat treatment → surface grinding → non-destructive testing → hydrostatic test → marking & storage.Strict temperature control during heat treatment eliminates rolling stress, ensures uniform wall thickness without lamination or inner fold defects.

High pressure burst resistance: Hydrostatic test pressure reaches 1.5 times of design working pressure, no leakage under pressure holding

7. Surface Treatment & Packing
Surface finish: Hot rolled black finish, annealed polished finish; oxide scale removed from inner & outer surface
Anti-rust treatment: Coated with special high-temperature anti-rust oil inside and outside
Packing: Plastic end caps for both ends, bundled by steel strips, wrapped with waterproof tarpaulin to avoid collision and rust during sea transportation in containers.
