1. Product Overview
Precision steel tubes are high-precision seamless tubes manufactured by cold drawing and cold rolling processes, made of high-quality carbon steel and low alloy steel. After precise sizing and bright annealing, they feature tighter dimensional tolerance and smoother inner & outer surface than ordinary hot-rolled tubes. With uniform wall thickness and oxide-free inner bore, they can be directly assembled without secondary machining, widely used as precision pressure-bearing parts for hydraulic machinery and construction equipment.

4. Manufacturing Process
High-quality round billet heating & piercing → hot rolled mother tube → pickling, phosphating & lubricating → multi-pass cold drawing / cold rolling → bright annealing → straightening → internal & external polishing & grinding → non-destructive testing → precise dimension reinspection → anti-rust treatment & packingLow-temperature bright annealing is adopted throughout production to eliminate oxide scale and guarantee stable mechanical properties and dimensions.

Precision dimension measurement by micrometer for OD, ID and wall thickness
Hydrostatic tightness test for hydraulic pipesComplete documents are supplied together with goods: material test certificate, dimension inspection report and NDT qualification report.

Full return and replacement available for defective products caused by unqualified material, out-of-tolerance dimension or surface flaws.
7. Surface Treatment & Packing
Surface finish: Bright annealed finish, pickled lubricated finish; oxide scale fully removed inside and outside
Anti-rust treatment: Special anti-rust oil coated on inner and outer tube walls
Packing: Plastic dust-proof end caps on both sides, bundled with steel strips, wrapped with waterproof tarpaulin to avoid collision and moisture rust during sea transportation in containers.
