1. Product Introduction
This equipment is a specialized dryer designed for biomass pyrolysis oil production processes. It has a rated processing capacity of 55 tons per day and is specifically used for the dehydration pretreatment of herbaceous biomass materials such as leaves and dry branches.
It can reduce the moisture content of high-moisture natural leaf materials to the specified moisture level required for the pyrolysis process, avoiding problems such as low oil yield and poor oil quality caused by excessive raw material moisture. 3. Working Principle
Wet leaf biomass materials are evenly fed into the rotary drum. The drum rotates at a low speed, driving specially designed lifting flights to gently turn and scatter the materials, allowing loose leaves to form a stable material layer.
Hot air fully exchanges heat with the materials through convection, evenly evaporating internal moisture until the materials reach the required standard for pyrolysis oil production.
The dried qualified leaf materials are directly conveyed to the pyrolysis process. Dust and exhaust gas generated during operation are treated through the purification system before being discharged according to environmental standards.
The entire process achieves automated and continuous drying of biomass raw materials, ensuring efficient and stable operation of the pyrolysis production line.
