Product Introduction
This 20 tpd rotary dryer for autumn leaves biomass drying is a professional small-capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for autumn leaves biomass resource utilization scenarios. It adopts a special anti-flying and anti-crushing structure adapted to the characteristics of light texture, easy breakage and easy flying of fallen autumn leaves, with a daily processing capacity of 20 tons of wet raw autumn leaves. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 50%~65% to below 12% at one time, and the dried finished leaves can be directly used for subsequent biomass fuel, leaf fertilizer processing and other resource utilization scenarios. It is the core drying equipment to realize the harmless treatment and resource utilization of urban fallen leaves.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed lightweight rotary cylinder is driven by a stable low-speed transmission system to rotate at a uniform speed. The wet autumn leaves are fed into the cylinder from the feeding end, and are slowly lifted and scattered by the built-in special soft-lifting anti-flying lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the leaves is rapidly evaporated under the action of gentle heat exchange, and the dried qualified leaves are stably discharged from the discharging end without being crushed, completing the 20-ton daily continuous drying process.

The special anti-flying and anti-crushing structure effectively avoids the flying loss and crushing of light fallen leaves, and the material yield is significantly improved. The optimized heat exchange structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of leaves by more than 25% compared with ordinary models. The equipment occupies a small area, is easy to install and debug, and is suitable for small and medium-sized urban fallen leaves treatment stations. The fully enclosed operation has no dust overflow, which meets strict environmental protection emission standards.
