Product Introduction
This 40 tpd rotary dryer for forest leaves thermal process is a professional medium-small capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for forest leaves thermal treatment scenarios. It adopts a sealed high-efficiency heat exchange structure adapted to the characteristics of light texture, easy flying and easy decomposition of forest leaves, with a daily processing capacity of 40 tons of wet raw forest leaves. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 50%~65% to below 10% at one time, and the dried forest leaves can be directly sent to subsequent thermal processing links such as carbonization and pyrolysis. It is the core pre-treatment drying equipment to ensure the smooth progress of forest leaves thermal treatment.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully sealed rotary cylinder is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a set low speed. The wet forest leaves are fed into the cylinder from the feeding end, and are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-flying lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the forest leaves is rapidly and evenly evaporated, and the dried forest leaves that meet the thermal process moisture standard are stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 40-ton daily continuous drying process.
