Product Introduction
This 30 tpd rotary dryer for dry leaves pellet production is a professional small-capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for dry leaves biomass pellet processing scenarios. It adopts a special anti-flying and anti-adhesion structure adapted to the characteristics of light texture and easy moisture absorption of dry leaves, with a daily processing capacity of 30 tons of raw wet leaves. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 50%~65% to the optimal 8%~12% required for pellet pressing at one time, and the dried leaves can be directly sent to the subsequent pellet press, which is the core drying equipment to ensure the forming rate and calorific value of dry leaves pellets.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed lightweight rotary cylinder is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet leaves are fed into the cylinder from the feeding end, and are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-flying lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the leaves is rapidly evaporated under the action of uniform heat exchange, and the dried leaves that meet the pellet pressing moisture standard are stably discharged from the discharging end after the whole drying stroke, completing the 30-ton daily continuous drying process.
Core Features
This 30 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for dry leaves pellet production. The special anti-flying structure effectively avoids the flying loss of light leaves, and the material yield is significantly improved. The optimized heat exchange structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of leaves by more than 25% compared with ordinary models. The precise temperature control system will not cause the leaves to overheat and carbonize, ensuring the calorific value of the finished pellets. The equipment runs stably with low failure rate, and can support 24-hour continuous operation.
