Product Introduction
This 60 tpd rotary dryer for pine wood shavings processing is a professional medium-capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for pine wood shavings deep processing scenarios. It adopts a low-temperature anti-oil-volatile structure adapted to the characteristics of high rosin content, flammable and easy to volatilize of pine wood shavings, with a daily processing capacity of 60 tons of wet raw pine wood shavings. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 45%~60% to below 12% at one time, and the dried pine wood shavings will not lose natural fragrance, which can be directly used for subsequent pet bedding, biomass fuel, high-density board processing and other high-value utilization scenarios. It is the core drying equipment to ensure the quality of pine wood shavings finished products.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed sealed low-temperature rotary cylinder is driven by a stable frequency-conversion transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet pine wood shavings are fed into the cylinder from the feeding end, and are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-static and anti-winding lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the low-temperature clean hot air flow. The moisture in the pine wood shavings is evenly evaporated under the action of gentle heat exchange, and the dried pine wood shavings that meet the processing moisture standard are stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 60-ton daily continuous drying process without causing the rosin to volatilize in large quantities.
Core Features
This 60 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for pine wood shavings processing. The low-temperature constant temperature control system effectively avoids the large volatilization of rosin in pine wood shavings, retaining the natural fragrance of pine wood, and the finished product has higher added value. The special anti-static and anti-spark structure effectively prevents the flammable pine wood shavings from burning and exploding during the drying process, and the operation safety is greatly improved. The optimized heat exchange structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of pine wood shavings by more than 22% compared with ordinary models. The equipment runs stably with low failure rate, and can support 24-hour continuous production.
