Product Introduction
This 50 tpd rotary dryer for wood shavings bedding drying is a professional medium-capacity drying equipment tailored for pet and livestock bedding wood shavings production scenarios. It adopts a low-temperature gentle drying structure adapted to the characteristics of light texture and easy breakage of wood shavings, with a daily processing capacity of 50 tons of raw wet wood shavings. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 45%~60% to the safe 8%~12% required for bedding products, and the dried wood shavings will not be broken and powdered, which fully meets the soft and fluffy quality requirements of pet and livestock bedding. It is the core drying equipment to ensure the high quality of wood shavings bedding products.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed low-speed rotary cylinder is driven by a stable frequency-conversion transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet wood shavings are fed into the cylinder from the feeding end, and are slowly lifted and scattered by the built-in soft-lifting special lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, making full contact with the clean low-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the wood shavings is evenly evaporated without damaging the fluffy structure of the material, and the dried wood shavings that meet the bedding quality standard are stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 50-ton daily continuous gentle drying process.

This 50 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for wood shavings bedding drying. The low-temperature gentle drying system effectively avoids the breakage and powdering of wood shavings, ensuring that the finished product remains soft and fluffy. The clean hot air drying process will not introduce impurities, making the finished wood shavings bedding non-irritating and safe for pets and livestock. The optimized heat exchange structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of wood shavings by more than 20% compared with ordinary models. The equipment runs stably with low failure rate, and can support 24-hour continuous production.
