1. Product Introduction
This equipment is a specialized rotary dryer designed for biomass gasifier feeding systems. It has a rated processing capacity of 240 tons per day and is mainly used for the dehydration and drying of raw materials such as gasifier-grade wood sawdust and fine wood powder.
The dryer can accurately reduce the moisture content of high-moisture sawdust to the standard level required by the gasifier feeding system, effectively solving problems such as feeding blockage, incomplete gasification, and low gas production efficiency caused by wet sawdust. It is a core raw material pretreatment equipment for biomass gasification power generation and heating projects.

3. Working Principle
Wet sawdust is evenly fed into the rotary drum through the feeding device. Driven by the transmission system, the drum rotates at a low speed, while internal lifting flights continuously lift, scatter, and disperse the sawdust, forming a uniform material layer.
The waste heat hot air from the gasifier or the supplied hot air enters from one end of the drum and forms a counter-current contact with the sawdust. Through heat convection, moisture inside the raw material is rapidly evaporated.
The dried qualified sawdust is directly conveyed to the gasifier feeding system through the discharge device. Dust-containing exhaust gas is treated by the dust removal and purification system before being discharged according to environmental standards.
The entire process achieves fully automated and continuous operation, providing stable and high-quality raw materials for biomass gasification systems.
