Product Introduction
This 120 tpd rotary dryer for hardwood bark drying is a professional large-capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for hardwood bark resource utilization scenarios. It adopts a reinforced anti-high-fiber-winding and high-wear-resistance structure adapted to the characteristics of high hardness, high fiber content and high impurity content of hardwood bark, with a daily processing capacity of 120 tons of wet raw hardwood bark. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 55%~70% to below 15% at one time, and the dried finished hardwood bark can be directly used for subsequent high-heat value biomass fuel, landscaping mulch processing and other scenarios. It is the core drying equipment to support the large-scale recycling of hardwood processing leftover bark.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed heavy-duty multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet hardwood bark is fed into the inner cylinder, and is continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in wear-resistant special anti-winding lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the hardwood bark is rapidly evaporated through the multi-stage temperature control zones, and the dried qualified hardwood bark is stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 120-ton daily continuous drying process.
Core Features
This 120 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for hardwood bark drying. The heavy-duty wear-resistant structure effectively resists the abrasion of hard impurities in hardwood bark, and the service life of the equipment is more than 30% longer than that of ordinary models. The special anti-high-fiber-winding structure completely avoids the material clogging problem easily caused by high-fiber hardwood bark. The multi-cylinder insulation structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of hardwood bark by more than 28% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The 120-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of large hardwood processing plants.
