1. Product Introduction
This equipment is an export-grade rotary dryer specially designed for deep processing of coconut coir. It has a rated processing capacity of 200 tons per day and is customized for drying horticultural export substrate materials such as coconut coir, coconut fiber, and crushed coconut shell residues.
The dryer can accurately dehydrate high-moisture natural coconut coir to a stable moisture content meeting export standards. It effectively solves quality issues of exported coconut coir, including mold growth, excessive salt content, and uneven moisture distribution, making it a core pre-treatment equipment for high-end horticultural substrate export production lines.

With an industrial capacity of 200 tons per day, the dryer is suitable for mass production requirements of large-scale coconut coir export processing plants. It supports continuous all-day drying operation and can stably connect with the complete production process, including coconut coir compression, packaging, and export preparation.

The dryer adopts a precise constant-temperature dehydration process. The dried coconut coir is fluffy, uniform, and has stable moisture content, meeting international horticultural substrate export inspection standards. It effectively prevents quality problems such as batch color differences, uneven drying, and mold growth during storage.
3. Flexible Material Protection & Anti-Damage Design
According to the characteristics of coconut coir, including loose structure, fine fibers, and easy breakage, the dryer adopts a specially designed flexible material lifting structure. The drying process does not damage the fiber structure of coconut coir, fully preserving its air permeability and water retention properties, ensuring excellent finished product appearance and quality.
4. Clean, Environment-Friendly & Low-Dust Operation
The entire machine adopts a fully sealed structure combined with a precision dust removal system, effectively preventing fine fiber dust leakage. The production environment remains clean, and the finished product has high cleanliness with no impurities, meeting export product hygiene standards.
3. Working Principle
High-moisture natural coconut coir is evenly fed into the rotary drum through the feeding system. As the drum rotates smoothly at a low speed, specially designed lifting flights gently lift, scatter, and loosen the material, preventing compression and clumping of coconut coir.
Clean hot air fully exchanges heat with the material in a counter-current flow, evenly removing excess moisture and ensuring consistent moisture content throughout the entire batch.
The high-quality dried coconut coir can be directly used for coir brick production and export packaging. Exhaust gas generated during operation is purified through the treatment system before being discharged according to environmental standards.
The entire process achieves automated, clean, and continuous production.
