Product Introduction
This 100 tpd rotary dryer for biomass tree bark processing is a professional medium-large capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for biomass tree bark resource utilization scenarios. It adopts a special anti-fiber-winding and anti-blocking structure adapted to the characteristics of high fiber content, high moisture and easy winding of raw tree bark, with a daily processing capacity of 100 tons of wet raw tree bark. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 55%~70% to below 15% at one time, and the dried finished bark can be directly used for subsequent biomass fuel, biomass pellet processing and other resource utilization scenarios. It is the core drying equipment to support the large-scale recycling of forestry waste tree bark.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed reinforced rotary cylinder is driven by a high-torque transmission system to rotate at a set low speed. The wet tree bark is fed into the cylinder from the feeding end, and is continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-winding lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the tree bark is rapidly evaporated under the action of uniform heat exchange, and the dried qualified tree bark is stably discharged from the discharging end after the whole drying stroke, completing the 100-ton daily continuous thermal drying process.

This 100 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for biomass tree bark processing. The special anti-fiber-winding and anti-blocking structure effectively avoids the material clogging problem easily caused by high-fiber tree bark. The optimized multi-layer insulation structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of tree bark by more than 22% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The 100-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of medium-large forestry waste treatment plants. The fully enclosed operation has no dust overflow, which meets strict environmental protection emission standards.
