1. Product Introduction
This rotary dryer is a specialized drying equipment designed for biomass pellet processing plants. It has a rated processing capacity of 115 tons per day and is mainly used for the dehydration and drying of bamboo shavings, bamboo chips, and bamboo processing waste materials.
According to the characteristics of bamboo materials, such as high moisture content and strong fiber toughness, the dryer can accurately reduce the moisture content of wet bamboo shavings to the standard required for pellet pressing. It effectively solves problems such as loose pellets, poor molding performance, and cracking during discharge, making it a key pre-treatment equipment for bamboo biomass pellet production lines.

Equipped with customized dispersing lifting flights, the dryer is specially designed to handle problems such as bamboo fiber entanglement and material clumping. The materials are evenly lifted and scattered without accumulation or blockage, ensuring more stable drying performance.
4. Wear-Resistant, Durable & Low Maintenance
Considering the characteristics of bamboo materials, including high hardness and strong abrasion, the dryer adopts a thickened wear-resistant machine body with excellent impact resistance and durability. It features a low failure rate and is suitable for long-term high-intensity industrial production.
3. Working Principle
Wet bamboo shavings are evenly fed into the rotary drum through the feeding system. As the drum continuously rotates, the internal lifting flights repeatedly lift, scatter, and disperse the materials, effectively loosening tangled bamboo fibers and forming a uniform material layer.
High-temperature hot air fully exchanges heat with the bamboo shavings through convection, rapidly evaporating excess moisture. The dried bamboo shavings that meet the required standards are directly conveyed to the pelletizing process.
Dust and exhaust gas generated during production are purified through the dust removal system before being discharged according to environmental standards. The entire process operates with fully automated and continuous production.
