Product Introduction
This 80 tpd rotary dryer for crushed bark mulching plant is a professional medium-capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for landscaping crushed bark mulch production scenarios. It adopts a special anti-fiber-winding and uniform drying structure adapted to the characteristics of high fiber content and uneven moisture of crushed bark, with a daily processing capacity of 80 tons of wet raw crushed bark. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 50%~65% to the stable 15%~20% required for mulch products at one time, and the dried crushed bark will not be broken and powdered, which fully meets the quality requirements of landscaping covering mulch. It is the core drying equipment to ensure the stable quality of mulch products.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed reinforced rotary cylinder is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a set low speed. The wet crushed bark is fed into the cylinder from the feeding end, and is continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-winding lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the clean hot air flow. The moisture in the crushed bark is evenly evaporated through the multi-stage temperature control zones, and the dried crushed bark that meets the mulch moisture standard is stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 80-ton daily continuous drying process.

The special anti-fiber-winding structure effectively avoids the material clogging problem easily caused by high-fiber crushed bark. The multi-stage temperature control system ensures that the moisture of the finished mulch is uniform and stable, which will not cause mildew during subsequent storage. The optimized heat exchange structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of crushed bark by more than 20% compared with ordinary models. The equipment runs stably and can support 24-hour continuous operation, perfectly matching the production rhythm of landscaping mulch processing plants.
