Product Introduction
This 100 tpd rotary dryer for timber wood shavings drying is a professional medium-large capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for raw timber processing leftover wood shavings resource utilization scenarios. It adopts a special anti-winding and uniform drying structure adapted to the characteristics of large particle size, low impurity content and high bulk density of timber wood shavings, with a daily processing capacity of 100 tons of wet raw timber wood shavings. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 45%~60% to the stable 8%~12% required for subsequent processing at one time, and the dried wood shavings can be directly used for high-density board, biomass pellet, high-quality pet bedding and other high-value processing scenarios. It is the core drying equipment to ensure the high quality of timber wood shavings finished products.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed reinforced three-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet timber wood shavings are fed into the inner cylinder, and are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-wearing lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the clean hot air flow. The moisture in the wood shavings is evenly evaporated through the three-stage temperature control zones, and the dried wood shavings that meet the processing moisture standard are stably output from the discharge port, completing the 100-ton daily continuous drying process.

The three-cylinder insulation structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, and the energy consumption is reduced by more than 28% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The special anti-winding structure effectively avoids the material winding and blocking problem, and the equipment can run stably for a long time. The 100-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of large timber processing plants, and the dried wood shavings have uniform moisture and no impurities, which can directly meet the raw material requirements of various high-value processing links.
