Product Introduction
This 70 tpd rotary dryer for mixed sawdust recycling is a professional medium-capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for mixed sawdust resource utilization scenarios. It adopts a special anti-winding and anti-blocking structure adapted to the characteristics of complex particle size and easy winding of mixed sawdust, with a daily processing capacity of 70 tons of raw mixed sawdust. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 50%~65% to below 12% at one time, and the dried finished materials can be directly used for subsequent biomass fuel, particle processing and other resource utilization scenarios. It is the core drying equipment to support the large-scale recycling of mixed sawdust.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed rotary cylinder is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a set low speed. The wet mixed sawdust is fed into the cylinder from the feeding end, and is continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-winding lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the mixed sawdust is rapidly evaporated under the action of uniform heat exchange, and the dried qualified mixed sawdust is stably discharged from the discharging end after the whole drying stroke, completing the 70-ton daily continuous drying process.

This 70 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for mixed sawdust recycling. The special anti-winding and anti-blocking structure effectively avoids the material clogging problem easily caused by mixed sawdust with complex particle size. The optimized heat exchange structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of mixed sawdust by more than 22% compared with ordinary models. The equipment runs stably and can support 24-hour continuous operation, with low failure rate. The fully enclosed operation has no dust overflow, which meets environmental protection emission standards.
