Product Introduction
This 150 tpd rotary dryer for clean wood chips drying is a professional medium-large capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for high-standard clean wood chip processing scenarios. It adopts a three-cylinder insulation and no-pollution heat exchange structure, with a daily processing capacity of 150 tons of raw clean wood chips. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 45%~55% to below 10% at one time, and the dried finished clean wood chips can be directly used for high-end biomass fuel, pulp and other high-value processing scenarios. It is the core drying equipment to ensure the high quality of clean wood chip products.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed three-cylinder main body is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet clean wood chips are fed into the inner cylinder, and are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special non-pollution lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the purified hot air flow without impurities. The moisture in the wood chips is rapidly and evenly evaporated through the three-stage temperature control zones, and the dried clean wood chips without any impurity pollution are stably output from the discharge port, completing the continuous high-standard drying process.

This 150 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for clean wood chips drying. The non-pollution heat exchange design ensures that the finished wood chips will not be mixed with impurities during the drying process, fully meeting the high-standard requirements of clean wood chips. The three-cylinder insulation structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, and the energy consumption is reduced by more than 25% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The 150-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of medium-large clean wood chip processing plants. The fully enclosed operation has no dust overflow, which meets strict environmental protection emission standards.
