Product Introduction
This 40 tpd rotary dryer for sawdust burner fuel processing is a professional medium-small capacity drying equipment tailored for sawdust burner fuel production scenarios. It adopts a special anti-flying and high-efficiency heat exchange structure adapted to the characteristics of light texture and easy flying of sawdust, with a daily processing capacity of 40 tons of wet sawdust. It can reduce the moisture content of raw sawdust from 45%~60% to below 15% in one pass, which perfectly meets the moisture requirement of sawdust burner fuel, and is the core drying equipment to ensure the stable combustion and high calorific value of finished sawdust fuel.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed rotary cylinder is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a set low speed. The wet sawdust enters the cylinder from the feeding end, and is continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-flying lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the sawdust is rapidly evaporated under the action of uniform heat conduction, and the dried sawdust that meets the fuel moisture standard is stably discharged from the discharging end after the whole drying stroke, completing the continuous 40-ton daily drying process.
Core Features
This 40 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages. The special anti-flying and anti-blocking structure effectively avoids the dust overflow and material clogging problems easily caused by light sawdust. The optimized heat exchange structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the fuel consumption per ton of sawdust by more than 20% compared with ordinary models. The drying temperature is precisely adjustable, which will not cause the sawdust to overheat and carbonize, ensuring the calorific value of the finished fuel. The equipment runs stably with low failure rate, and can support 24-hour continuous operation.
