1. Product Introduction
This machine is a rotary dryer specially designed for livestock farm and horse stable bedding production. It has a daily processing capacity of 80 tons and is mainly used for the dehydration and drying of fresh wet wood shavings.
The equipment can dry high-moisture wood shavings to the required moisture level for dry, fluffy horse bedding materials, effectively solving problems such as mold growth, bacterial reproduction, damp bedding, and unpleasant odors caused by wet wood shavings. It is a specialized supporting machine for the mass production of high-quality dust-free horse stable bedding.

The equipment adopts an anti-accumulation design optimized for lightweight and thin wood shavings. It is resistant to material blockage and jamming, ensuring stable continuous operation. Daily cleaning and maintenance are simple, reducing overall operation and maintenance costs.
3. Working Principle
Wet wood shavings are evenly fed into the rotary drum. As the drum rotates at a low speed, specially designed lifting flights gently lift, scatter, and disperse the material, forming a uniform material layer.
Hot air passes through the drum and fully exchanges heat with the material, gently evaporating moisture while maintaining the dryness and fluffiness of the wood shavings.
The dried wood shavings can be directly used for horse stable bedding installation or packaged storage after discharge. The small amount of dust generated during operation is purified through the dust removal system before being discharged according to environmental standards, achieving clean, continuous, and automated drying production.
