XSC Rotary Umbrella Type Electrostatic Precipitator
The XSC Rotary Umbrella Type Electrostatic Precipitator is a new type of high-efficiency precipitator introduced from foreign new equipment and technologies and improved through digestion. It has the advantages of high purification efficiency, small wear of filter bags, long service life, and convenient maintenance. It is suitable for the recovery of pollutants from industrial air pollution enterprises in industries such as steel, non-ferrous metal smelting, metallurgy, chemical industry, electronics, building materials, cement industry, musical instrument processing, carbon processing, mechanical processing, various industrial electric furnaces and kilns, asphalt concrete mixing stations, mining, casting, electric power, rubber, pharmaceutical, grain processing, military industry, ceramics, light industry, various dryers, deep processing of fine powder of non-metallic minerals, and refractory materials.
In the XSC type rotary umbrella type high-efficiency electrostatic precipitator, dust powders with different charging polarities move towards electrodes of different polarities under the action of the electric field force. In the corona area and a part of the charged dust particles very close to the corona area, the polarity is opposite to that of the corona electrode, so they are deposited on the corona electrode I. The range of the corona area is small, and the amount of collection is also small. Most of the dust particles in the outer corona area carry the same charge as the corona electrode. Therefore, when these charged dust particles approach the surface of the dust collection electrode, they are deposited on the plate and collected.
The collection of dust particles is related to many factors. Such as the specific resistance, dielectric constant and density of dust particles, the flow rate and temperature of the gas, the volt-ampere characteristics of the electric field, and the surface state of the dust collection electrode. It is impossible to express the influence of each factor theoretically. Therefore, in the process of dust particle collection in the electrostatic precipitator, the influence of each factor needs to be determined according to experiments or experience.
