When the flue gas passes through the flue in front of the main structure of the electrostatic precipitator, the dust in it is positively charged. Due to the mutual adsorption between the positively charged dust and the cathode plates, the particulate dust in the flue gas is adsorbed on the cathode. The cathode plates are struck regularly, so that the dust with a certain thickness falls into the ash hopper below the electrostatic precipitator structure under the dual effects of self - weight and vibration, thus achieving the purpose of removing the dust in the flue gas.
