Working principle of CNMC Type Counterflow Pulse Back-blowing Bag Filter:
The dust-containing gas enters the bag filter from the air inlet and is filtered through the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas flows from the inside of the filter bag to the upper chambers and is discharged from the air outlet through the long Venturi tube. When the dust adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag reaches a certain value, pulse injection is carried out regularly by the program control. That is, while the high-pressure air is sprayed into the long Venturi tube, the purified gas is back-blown into the filter bag, forming a large pressure difference to clean the dust and achieve the purpose of ash cleaning, and keep the resistance of the entire equipment and system stable. The dust blown back falls to the bottom of the lower box and is discharged and recycled by the screw conveyor.

1、CNMC type countercurrent pulse back-blowing bag filter adopts the pulse back-blowing dust cleaning method, which is one of the best dust cleaning effects in China at present. The upper box of this equipment is divided into eighteen small chambers that are not connected to each other and are connected to a long Venturi tube. The purpose of dust cleaning is achieved by using programmed pulses. The blowing tube and the small Venturi tube at the upper end of the filter bag are cancelled in the structure. The structure is simple, and the operation and maintenance are convenient.
2、Compared with other dust collectors in China, this equipment has the characteristics of large air handling capacity and small system resistance, and has a wide range of applications.
3、The edge of the tube sheet separating the upper and middle boxes is pressed into a certain conical hole, so that it forms a smooth contact with the filter bag, with good sealing performance and reduced wear between the hole edge and the filter bag.
4、The structure is simple and reasonable, with a small floor area, and it can be installed indoors or outdoors. Users can select the model by themselves or combine them in parallel according to their production process and the size of the air handling capacity. Dust collectors made of carbon steel or stainless steel can be provided as required.
