The XZZ-type cyclone dust collector features a simple and innovative structure, high efficiency with moderate resistance, strong load adaptability, stable and reliable operation, low steel consumption, compact footprint, easy management and maintenance, and low cost.
The XZZ-type cyclone dust collector is primarily designed for mechanically fired layer-fired hot water or steam boilers. This series of cyclone dust collectors also meets the requirements for industrial dust removal applications.
Structural features of the XZZ-type cyclone dust collector: 1. The design incorporates a straight-through side chamber, which effectively eliminates ash ring formation and reduces clogging risks.
2. The design of a nearly straight cone structure eliminates the formation of a lower ash ring, prevents the rebound of coarse dust particles during localized wear, and enhances both service life and dust removal efficiency.
3. A device capable of effectively preventing secondary dust dispersion from the lower section was designed, representing a unique innovation pioneered domestically.
The working principle of the XZZ-type cyclone dust collector: Dust-laden air enters the volute tangentially through a tapered inlet, where it undergoes downward spiral rotation. Under centrifugal force, dust particles are thrown against the wall and spiral downward into a specially designed sealed collection chamber. The purified gas then spirals upward through the core tube for discharge.
The XZZ-type cyclone dust collector can be used as standalone units or combined in multiple cylinder configurations, all connected through a shared inlet/outlet header pipe to accommodate any flue gas volume processing requirements. Each unit consists of four key components: the main body, volute casing, core tube, and a high-performance sealed dust collection system. The XZZ series offers four structural configurations based on installation orientation: left-hand and right-hand configurations according to inlet direction. To meet diverse user needs, two variants are available: Type A with ash hopper and Type B with ash box.
