DDFWorking principle of large bag-type reverse-blow dust collector:
DDFLarge bag-type reverse-blow bag dust collectoris divided into positive pressure type(also known as forced-in type)and negative pressure type(also known as suction type). This manual introduces the negative pressure type.
Under the action of negative pressure, the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper through each air inlet pipe. A baffle plate is installed at the air inlet. Coarser dust falls into the ash hopper by gravity. Fine particulate dust is filtered by the dust filter bag and adsorbed on the inner wall of the dust filter bag. The purified gas passes through the clean air chamber, is sucked into the fan through the switching valve at the top of the equipment via the exhaust pipe, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust stack.

1. When the dust on the filter bag increases continuously and the resistance rises to the specified value, dust cleaning starts.
2. DDFThe dust cleaning method of the large bag-type reverse blowing dust collector relies on the single-chamber reverse blowing method. During reverse blowing, the exhaust duct is closed and the reverse blowing duct is opened through the reversing valve to cut off the exhaust of the single chamber.
3. Since the air intake ducts of each chamber of the equipment are connected and are all in a negative pressure state, due to the negative pressure suction effect of the adjacent chamber, the airflow is sucked into the filter bag chamber through the reverse blowing duct. Passing through the filter bag, the airflow enters from the outside of the filter bag to the inside, and is sucked into the adjacent chamber through the ash hopper and the air intake duct of this chamber and then discharged. At this time, the filter bag is sucked flat.
4. The dust accumulated inside the filter bag is shaken off and sinks to the sedimentation ash hopper, completing the dust cleaning of a single chamber. The other chambers carry out the same sequence of dust cleaning under the control of the dust cleaning actuator. When the dust is reduced to a certain value, the dust cleaning stops.
