FMQDⅢType air box pulse bag filterCan be widely used in the dust collection systems of crushers, silo tops, clinker coolers, and mills in cement plants.PPC(FMQDIII)Type air box pulse bag dust collector series products have a total of33specifications. FMQD (PPC,PPW)-III type air box pulse bag dust collector working principle:
When the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, it first hits the inclined baffle in the middle of the air inlet. The airflow then turns and flows into the ash hopper. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down. Due to the inertia effect, the coarse particle dust in the gas directly falls into the ash hopper, playing a role of pre-dust collection. The airflow entering the ash hopper then turns upwards and passes through the filter bags with metal frames inside. The dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bags. The purified gas enters the clean room above the filter bag chamber and is collected and discharged through the air outlet pipe. FMQD32 type dust collector's air inlet is located on the ash hopper. After the airflow enters the ash hopper, it first hits the baffle at the end of the air inlet pipe, and its function is the same as the above principle. The shell is divided into several independent dust collection chambers by partitions. Each dust collection chamber is cleaned in turn according to a given time interval. Each dust collection chamber is equipped with a lifting valve. During cleaning, the lifting valve closes, cutting off the filtering airflow through the dust collection chamber. Then the pulse valve opens, injecting high-pressure air into the filter bag to remove the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag. The pulse blowing width and cleaning cycle of each dust collection chamber are automatically and continuously controlled by a dedicated cleaning program controller.
FMQD-Ⅲ(PPC,PPW) type air box pulse bag filter is not only used in the cement industry, but also suitable for dust collection of exhaust gases from metallurgy, chemical industry, machinery, and civil boilers. The filter bags of this series of dust collectors are generally made of polyester needle-punched felt, with an allowable operating temperature of less than120℃. If the filter bags are made of aramid needle-punched felt, the allowable operating temperature can reach210℃. However, the filter material of this kind is expensive. If the temperature of the exhaust gas to be treated is higher than the allowable temperature of the above filter materials, cooling measures should be taken before the exhaust gas enters the dust collector.
