The LFEF fiberglass bag dust collector consists of a dust - containing gas inlet to a purified flue gas outlet. The main body structure is composed of an intake pipeline, an intake chamber, a bag chamber, an ash hopper, an ash discharge valve, an outlet pipeline, a reverse - blowing system and an ash - cleaning control system.

After the dust collector runs for a period of time, the dust layer collected on the inner surface of the filter bag thickens, and the operating resistance of the dust collector rises. When it increases to a certain value, the filter bag needs to be cleaned, that is, the dust attached to the inner surface of the filter bag is removed by external force, so that the operating resistance of the dust collector decreases. After the resistance decreases to a certain value, the filter bags in this chamber are put into normal operation again.

 

The entire ash cleaning process is mainly carried out through reverse air blowing. When the resistance rises to the point where ash cleaning is required, the microcomputer instructs to close the exhaust valve and open the reverse air blowing valve. The originally expanded dust filter bags are compressed and deformed under the action of reverse air blowing, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the dust attached to the inner surface of the filter bags. The cleaned ash falls into the ash hopper, enters the ash conveying mechanism through the ash discharge valve and is discharged. The entire ash cleaning process is carried out alternately in each chamber without affecting the normal operation of the dust collector.

 

Timed ash cleaning is carried out according to the time program. Each chamber automatically performs alternate ash cleaning according to the adjustable time parameters. The ash cleaning cycle of the dust collector can be set and adjusted according to the process requirements.

 

The flue gas temperature generally fluctuates in the range of60300, and the moisture content of the flue gas is about in the range of412%. In order to prevent the condensation and bag pasting of the dust collector and the occurrence of malignant accidents such as bag burning due to excessive temperature, the following measures are specially taken:

 

(1) The intake pipe, body and ash hopper of the bag filter should be insulated to prevent the dust collector from condensing.

 

(2) Temperature detection and automatic alarm devices are installed at the intake and exhaust ports of the dust collector. Once the exhaust gas exceeds the operating temperature range of the dust collector, an alarm will be issued and temperature control measures will be automatically taken to ensure the safe operation of the dust collector.
