GMC High-temperature Bag Filter
Cangzhou Jinding Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. specializes in the production ofGMC High-temperature Bag Filter, GMC High-temperature Bag Filter is a new type of dust collector independently developed by our company after introducing, digesting and absorbing the advanced German technology from the 1990s and combining with Chinese characteristics. This type of dust collector adopts the technology of blowing and cleaning each filter bag with a high-pressure (0.5~0.4MPa) large-flow pulse valve. It can collect more than99.9% of the dust from the gas containing a large amount of ultra-fine dust (particles£5μm, content³70% or more). It can operate efficiently and stably in the waste gas dust removal of shaft kilns, dryers, clinker coolers, etc. in the cement industry, and the emission concentration is lower than100mg/Nm3.
GMC High-temperature Bag Filter has reached the advanced level in China, and its main technology is the first in China. Under the new national environmental protection requirements, it is not only widely used in dust control in cement plants, but also widely used in the deep processing of non-metallic mineral powders. GMC High-temperature Bag FilterIt is mainly composed of the following parts:
1. Box: It includes the bag chamber, pre-dust collection chamber, clean air chamber, perforated plate, filter bag, and filter bag skeleton. The box is designed to withstand a pressure of9000Pa.
2. Pulse injection system: Main air pipe, injection pipe, pulse valve, and controller.
3. The ash hopper and ash discharge part have two forms: One is that the ash hopper is directly connected to the ash discharge valve, and the other is that the ash hopper is connected to the ash discharge valve through conveying equipment (such as a screw conveyor4. The dust collector body is designed as an all-steel structure. The flower plate uses the cold stamping process, which not only increases the strength but also ensures the equipment quality. In addition to handling normal-temperature gases, the structural form of this model of dust collector is also suitable for handling high-temperature gases. At this time, if the outer shell needs to be insulated, theLBY type lightweight rock wool board can be used for double-layer insulation. The outer shell is protected by aδ=0.5mm galvanized steel sheet and installed using the new pull-rivet process. Different filter materials and filtration wind speeds are selected according to the usage environment.
GMC type high-temperature bag dust collector working principle
Dust-laden gas enters the enlarged ash hopper of the dust collector for pre-dust collection, and is evenly distributed among the filter bags through the deflector. The dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bags. To keep the equipment resistance from exceeding 1200Pa , high-pressure gas generates pulse jets through the solenoid valve, causing the compressed air in the air bag (0.5~0.7MPa) to be ejected from the holes of the blowing pipe (referred to as primary air). Through the venturi tube, several times the surrounding air of the primary air (referred to as secondary air) is induced to enter the filter bags, which expand rapidly in an instant. Along with the reverse action of the air flow, the dust is shaken off to achieve the purpose of dust cleaning. A microcomputer automatic control device is used to randomly adjust the dust cleaning cycle and pulse jet time according to the dust, so that the dust collector operates within a certain pressure range.
