Selection Instructions for GD Series Tubular Electrode Electrostatic Precipitator
1. Specific Resistance of Dust The specific resistance requirement of this tubular electrode electrostatic precipitator for dust is 104 - 1012 ohm·cm. Dust within this range can choose this series of electrostatic precipitators. For dust outside this range, generally, electrostatic precipitators are not considered, and bag dust collectors or cyclone dust collectors can be used. If users choose electrostatic precipitators, flue gas conditioning equipment can be added before the electrostatic precipitator or contact Cangzhou Jinding Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. for joint consultation and treatment.
2. Wind Speed in the Electric Field
The recommended operating wind speed in the electric field is 0.5 - 1.6m/min. For dust with relatively high or low specific resistance, a lower wind speed should be selected.
The specific resistance of common dust can be found in various professional manuals. However, since the properties of gas vary greatly. For the same dust, its specific resistance will change significantly under different meteorological conditions, different humidity and temperature. Therefore, the most reliable way is to actually measure the dust to be treated.
3. Inlet Dust Concentration
The standard requirement for the inlet of this equipment is generally not more than 35g/m3. When the concentration is greater than 35g/m3, a special design scheme can be adopted to solve the problem.
4. Treatment Efficiency
The design efficiency of the GD Tubular Electrode Electrostatic Precipitator is in the range of 95% - 95.5%. When determining the treatment efficiency, it is necessary to follow the national emission standards and economic principles. On the premise of meeting the emission standards, the lowest possible efficiency should be selected.
