HKD New Type Dryer Bag FilterIt is a new type of bag filter researched and designed according to the characteristics of the dryer flue gas, combining theory and practice. The HKD type dryer bag filter has completely different research and design from other types of dryer bag filters. Our company has adopted the newly developed “Lifting Switching Valve” and “Combined State” ash cleaning technologies. The purpose of developing this model is:

Installation and Maintenance
1. This dust collector must be installed and accepted strictly according to the design drawings;
2. The connections of the intake and exhaust pipes, various valves, ash discharge augers and other equipment should be sealed to ensure good air tightness of the ventilation and dust removal system and keep its air leakage rate ≤3%.
3. During the handling and bundling of the filter bags, prevent the filter bags from contacting with hard objects and sharp - cornered objects around. Heavy pressure and folding are strictly prohibited to prevent holes and cracks in the dust - collecting bags, which may affect the dust removal effect. The bundling of the filter bags should meet the technical requirements.
4. During the operation of the dust collector, the emission situation should be monitored at any time. If it is found that the chimney is emitting ash, it indicates that there is a flue gas short - circuit, or a bag has fallen or is broken. The cause should be identified and dealt with in a timely manner.
5. When the dryer stops production, before the induced draft fan of the dust collector stops running, the dust collector must be cleaned. The accumulated dust on the filter bags should be removed, and the dust in the ash hopper should be emptied to prevent the dust from “deliquescing” and “pasting the bags” in the filter bags and the ash hopper after shutdown, which will affect the dust removal efficiency and the service life of the equipment and filter bags.“deliquesce”,“paste the bags”, which will affect the dust removal efficiency and the service life of the equipment and filter bags.
6. When installing the dust collector, a space with a width of more than1m should be reserved around the box for installing the maintenance platform and stairs. When the dust collector must be installed on the floor, in order to adapt to the height of the building, a part of the ash hopper can be placed below the floor.
7. The installation design should cooperate with the process design and must meet the requirements of the process design. The recovered dust should be guided into the conveying machinery through the ash discharge pipe as much as possible. The drop of the ash discharge pipe should not be greater than400mm to avoid unnecessary dust generation. The conveying capacity of the conveying machinery must be greater than that of theф250 screw conveyor. The ash discharge pipe should be installed vertically, and the ash discharge valve should be installed in a section convenient for maintenance.
Technical requirements for process design
1. Elevation0.00m shall be determined according to the process layout.
2. The ash discharge screw conveyor under the dust collector shall not be less thanφ250mm.
3. Each foundation load includes the weight of the ash hopper filled with ash.
4. The direction of the stairs shall be determined by the process design according to the site conditions. If the dust collector is arranged outdoors, rain - proof facilities shall be considered on the top of the dust collector.
5. Wind load and snow load shall be considered separately according to the region.
